New guidelines for developing an approach based around well-being in the construction of Prologis existing platforms have been discussed and approved over the last few days.

The latest ParkLife guidelines focus on several levels dictating the nature of each platform: the latest services required to hit targets; open areas, landscape and environmental design; and architectural features.

Environmental comfort is a notion that refers to work-related well-being and productivity associated with features found in the workplace. By feeling “comfortable”, a worker is able to give her/his best at work in terms of mental and physical resources and, through the proper implementation of coping strategies, to manage hassles and criticalities associated with work performance and relationships.
